This notice describes the pilot-request form currently available on this website.
What the form records
Your brokerage name, contact name, email address, three requested schemes and the date you consented to follow-up. Please do not submit client information, medical details, identity numbers or passwords.
Why it is recorded
To review your pilot request, contact you about access and keep track of manual account setup. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list or start a paid subscription.
Where requests are kept
Requests are stored in this WordPress website’s database and are available only to website administrators through the SFconnect Pilot menu. They are retained for manual review until an administrator removes them through WordPress. Hosting and WordPress may keep their own operational logs.
Payments and app accounts
This form does not collect card information, take payment or create an app account. Your broker-app account and comparisons are managed separately in the broker workspace.
Changes or deletion
To request a correction or removal, contact strauss.dawie@gmail.com.
Before paid subscriptions are enabled, the site operator must publish its confirmed business identity, direct privacy contact, retention arrangements and customer terms. This pilot notice is limited to the current request form.
