Is this a medical scheme or an advice service?+
No. SFconnect provides comparison tools for brokers. It does not provide medical cover or replace the broker’s professional judgement.
Is the scheme data ready for client advice?+
The current 2027 dataset is marked candidate/unverified. Pilot testing uses fictional households; rates, benefits and eligibility must be checked against official scheme material before client use.
Will I be charged when I request access?+
No. The request form does not collect payment or create a subscription. Access and any pilot arrangements are reviewed manually.
Can another brokerage see my comparisons?+
The broker app separates saved comparisons and scheme access by brokerage. Users within the same brokerage can share that brokerage’s work.
Do I need to install the PC application?+
No. The web workspace runs in your browser. The PC application remains a separate product.
